Hi KAWA community, it’s been a while since our last Medium article! As we’re getting closer to our first NFT launch, we wanted to provide more information on the NFT collection, and showcase some teasers for those who missed our last Discord voice call where we explained some of the collection features and plans for the release.
The official NFT website
The designs for the desktop and mobile version of the NFT website homepage are 95% done, currently pending the story and roadmap copy to replace the placeholder text on the current version. We expect the Mint page design to be ready early next week, with the full site deployment to be done by the end of next week (Friday the 13th). Here’s a small presentation of the website hero section:
The NFT contract
We’re in the final stages of developing the NFT contract, the testing should begin early next week. Once the contract testing is completed successfully we’ll be able to announce the official launch date.

We’ve recently teased one of our NFT models on our NFT Twitter account:
More NFT variations that you’ll be able to mint were shown on our Discord community call last week and we’ll be showcasing more of those as we get closer to the launch date.
Confirmed NFT specs
These are some of the collection specs we can confirm at the moment:
- Gen 0 (initial collection) size: 4,446 NFTs, mintable from the website
- Whitelist price: 0.07 ETH
- Public sale price: 0.09 ETH
More information on the mint and collection specs will be released over the course of the next 10–14 days, including the whitelisting criteria and other ways you can earn your KAWA NFTs either for free or at a whitelist price.
The dedicated NFT whitepaper is almost ready and will be released ahead of the NFT launch, giving you enough time to get familiar with the ideas and utilites behind this launch. The collection is expected to launch in the second half of May.
Once the website is fully deployed and operational, our NFT team will begin working with other NFT communities and NFT influencers to grow our Discord community before the launch and raise awareness of the project.
